- Defective Products: We only accept returns for products that have manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery to initiate the return process.
- Shipping Issues: If your product arrives damaged, we require the following documentation:
- A clear photo of the package before it is opened.
- A video recording of the unboxing process, showing the condition of the item.
- Exclusions: Returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing, are not permitted.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a defective product or shipping issue:
